Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement at no additional cost, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you need assistance, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

2. Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date the shipment is marked as delivered.

  • Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Contact email address

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and original packaging (recommended for faster processing)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return address and detailed instructions.

4. Eligibility Conditions

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible:

  • Unused and unworn: No signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage

  • Original condition: All tags attached and intact

  • Complete packaging: Original packaging, dust bags, and accessories included

  • Clean and undamaged: No stains, odors, or human-induced damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact customer service to submit a return request

  2. Provide required order details and item photos

  3. Receive return approval and shipping instructions

  4. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method

  5. Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3 business days

6. Exchange Process

  • Contact customer service to request an exchange

  • Specify the desired size, color, or replacement item

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or refund

7. Refund Processing

After the returned item is verified, refunds will be issued as follows:

  • Credit / Debit Card Payments:
    Refunds are typically credited back to the original card within 7 business days (processing time may vary by bank)

  • PayPal Payments:
    Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 48 hours after processing

8. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Return shipping costs, including taxes and customs duties, are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

  • Please use a shipping method that provides tracking information

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) returns are not accepted

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Intimate or personal-use items

  • Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked on the product page)
